From M4 Junction 13 follow A339 to Newbury.

At second set of traffic lights turn left onto A4 – signposted Reading

Continue on A4 to Thatcham, passing the garden centre on your left.

After sixth set of traffic lights turn right into Green Court

At the T-junction, turn left into Lower Way

Lower way leads into Church Gate

After 50m turn right into 'The Grange' courtyard and follow the car park to the rear

From M4 Junction 12 and take A4 towards Newbury.

Continue on A4 going straight on at Sony roundabout (approx. 11 miles from motorway) and the next roundabout.

Enter Thatcham.

Pass school on the left and continue through pedestrian crossing lights and two more sets of traffic lights.

Turn left at the next set of lights into Broadway

Go through the market square and turn right into Church Gate

Follow the road round, left then right

After 100m turn left into 'The Grange' courtyard and follow the car park to the rear
